Then I updated Firefox and, now, Macscan only detects tracking cookies on Safari. I used the Firefox homepage to learn that the default setting on my Firefox 26 prevents tracking cookies -- but I never touched any settings on my previous versions of Firefox before -- when MacScan did work on it. Possibly, the 'prevent tracking cookies' feature didn't exist in previous versions of Firefox. But what I'm asking about is that previously MacScan would scan about 3,000 cookies. Now, it only scans about 100 Safari cookies, finds 2 or 3 tracking cookies, and it doesn't even scan Firefox cookies at all. Can someone please explain what's going on?
